Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support financial advisors by preparing client documentation, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Ameriprise’s CRM and other internal systems.
- Process client transactions and service requests in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the financial advisory team to ensure timely and effective information flow.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services industry.
