Fort Wayne, IN | $30–$32/hr Strong Per-File Commission Full Benefits
We’ve partnered with a well-established and growing title company seeking an Experienced Escrow Officer to join a high-volume residential closing team. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple closings daily while maintaining strong organization, communication, and compliance standards.
The company is continuing to grow and is looking for someone who can eventually step into a future leadership / Regional Escrow Manager path as ownership transitions over time.
What You’ll Be Doing- Run approximately 4–5 residential closings per day
- Manage files from opening through closing and post-close
- Review and prepare settlement statements and closing documents
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys
- Handle funding coordination and disbursement of funds
- Resolve title and closing issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain compliance and accuracy across all files
- 3 years of escrow/title closing experience
- Experience running live closings independently
- Strong understanding of residential real estate transaction flow
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with ResWare, SoftPro, or similar systems preferred
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Eligible for notary/title licensing (or able to obtain quickly)
- Strong earning potential with hourly pay commission
