We are partnering with an established title and escrow organization looking to add a Senior Escrow Officer / Residential Closer to support continued growth within a busy closing operation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, managing transactions end-to-end, and operating in a fast-paced closing environment. The company is open to both experienced escrow officers and strong title/closing professionals looking to continue growing into escrow leadership.

Long-term, this opportunity offers visibility into a future management track as the organization continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage residential real estate closings
• Prepare and review closing packages and settlement statements
• Ensure all files remain compliant and on schedule
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the transaction
• Handle title-related issues and coordinate resolution
• Support multiple closings daily while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

• Prior escrow, title, or closing experience required
• Experience with high-volume residential transactions preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines and multiple files
• Familiarity with ResWare, SoftPro, or similar title software preferred
• Notary/title licensing preferred or ability to obtain quickly
