- Serve as the executive’s strategic right hand, ensuring priorities are clear, organized, and executed.
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare executive materials including briefs, decks, agendas, and follow-up notes.
- Build project roadmaps, trackers, and workflows to drive accountability across teams.
- Support initiatives related to people operations, organizational development, and leadership alignment.
- Develop polished presentations for executive and board-level meetings.
- Act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized systems, dashboards, and communication structures.

- Base salary up to $75,000
- Bonus opportunity up to 15%
