Emergency Department / Med-Surg Registered Nurse

Williston, ND | $36–$52 /hr DOE Full Benefits Relocation Assistance

We’ve partnered with a respected community-focused healthcare organization seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join their growing Emergency Department / Med-Surg team in the greater Williston area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care within Med-Surg and Emergency Department settings
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians and care teams
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
• Maintain accurate patient documentation within the EHR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support CNAs, LPNs, and nursing assistants on assigned units
• Respond to emergency situations and changing patient conditions
• Participate in patient care planning and hospital initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state license
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or graduate of approved RN program
• Med-Surg, ER, acute care, or hospital experience preferred
• BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required or willingness to obtain after hire
• TNCC preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
