Location: Pueblo, CO
Compensation: $93,600
A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support heavy civil and infrastructure projects across the Front Range. This role requires a safety-focused professional with strong technical expertise operating hydraulic and lattice boom cranes in a field environment.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, reliability, and the ability to work in safety-critical conditions while supporting project timelines and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate and maintain 20–75 ton hydraulic swing cranes and 110 ton lattice boom cranes
- Support construction activities including pile driving operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with jobsite regulations
- Coordinate with field teams to execute lifts efficiently and safely
- Assist with operating additional heavy equipment as needed
- Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience
- Pile driving experience required
- NCCCO certification (or equivalent) required
- Experience operating additional heavy equipment is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Class A CDL preferred
- Ability to work in a safety-critical, fast-paced construction environment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Stable work history (candidates with frequent job changes must provide clear explanations)
- Hourly Rate: $35 – $45/hour
- Health insurance:
- 50% employer-paid initially
- 100% employer-paid after 2 years
