Location: North Miami Beach, FL 33162
Pay: $17.50 - $18.50/hr

Join a growing team supporting customer accounts, payment processing, and order coordination. This role combines administrative, financial, and customer service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment serving contractors and project-based customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account balances
• Collect and post payments
• Process deposits and down payments
• Investigate billing discrepancies
• Communicate account holds and payment updates
• Work closely with accounting and operations teams
• Maintain organized records and documentation

Preferred Background

• Billing, collections, cashiering, or accounting support
• Retail or contractor-facing customer service
• Experience using ERP or POS systems
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule

Full-time with rotating Saturday coverage.
