Location: Coconut Grove, FL (Onsite)
Pay: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
We're seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing financial services company in Coconut Grove. This role is ideal for someone with strong General Ledger, reconciliation, and month-end close experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Perform daily and monthly bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger
- Support treasury and cash management activities
- Process and reconcile Accounts Payable transactions
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Utilize Excel to prepare reports and analyze financial data
- 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong General Ledger and bank reconciliation experience
- Experience with journal entries and month-end close
- Accounts Payable experience required
- Treasury or cash management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
