- Process and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with posting daily deposits, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support vehicle deal processing and maintain accurate accounting files
- Verify and input financial data into dealership management systems
- Maintain organized accounting records and filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
- Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and management as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Provide administrative support to the accounting office and leadership team as needed
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or dealership experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems (CDK or Tekion)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Dependable and eager to learn
