What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server/Restaurant Server position at Mohawk Golf Club?
Server Expectations & The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience as a restaurant/banquet server required.
- Full Dining Service from a warm welcome to a fond farewell in Formal Dining Setting as well as in Banquet Settings.
- An attitude of pride, passion, and knowledge along with a positive attitude.
- Providing professional image through appearance and dress.
- Service oriented worker who will be responsible for taking orders and delivering prompt, professional, and accurate service to members along with internal and external guests.
- Ability to work well with fellow employees in a team environment but can also work independently.
- Perform duties as assigned.
- Most positions require weekend and holiday availability.
- Reliable Transportation

Server Pay:
- Starts at $10.00 per hour. The Servers are in a tipped pool where they receive 18% of their nights sales.
