Your Role:
Our successful Banquet Server promotes outstanding relations with all guests and fellow Team Members by providing service in a friendly, swift, and responsible manner. They thrive in a team base environment where everyone consistently uplifts and supports each other through detail-oriented work and regularly doing what it takes to ensure all necessary work completed.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent. ABC Certified/TIPS Certified/Serve Safe Manager Certification
- Minimum one (1) years banquet and beverage service experience required. Experience with working from Banquet Event Orders preferred.
- Able to work flexible schedule on the needs of the business. Able to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Read and adhere to service specifications as outlined in BEO form.
- Greet and welcome client representative and guests, responding to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Participate in department meetings.
- Participate in set up and break down of all banquet events and facilities.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through the meal service.
- Serve and ensure the service of alcoholic beverage in accordance with state, local and company regulations.
- Maintains confidentiality with regard to sensitive department information.
- Ensures accurate and timely delivery of food and beverage to guests.
- Maintain safe and clean environment for guests and employees.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly.
- Able to stand and walk for 8-12 hours.
- Constant bending, reaching, twisting.
