Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety practices to maintain cleanliness.
- Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a lively environment such as a nightclub or fine dining setting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, basic math for cashiering, and proper food handling procedures.
