Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end provider enrollment process for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers
- Prepare, submit, and track enrollment applications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing by gathering and maintaining required documentation
- Maintain accurate provider records and enrollment data within internal systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact between providers and insurance payers to resolve enrollment issues and expedite approvals
- Monitor enrollment and credentialing statuses, following up proactively to minimize delays
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific enrollment requirements
- Partner with Revenue Cycle, Billing, and Operations teams to support timely claims processing and reimbursement
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on enrollment activities, outstanding applications, and key performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve enrollment workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare revenue cycle management
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
- Experience working with provider enrollment and credentialing platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting post-acute care providers or multi-specialty healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of payer credentialing regulations and reimbursement requirements
- Experience with provider data management and enrollment tracking systems
