What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end client relationships and engagement delivery
- Provide technical leadership across complex financial reporting matters
- Lead executive-level client presentations and stakeholder management
- Supervise project teams and mentor consultants
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements and drive delivery excellence
- Contribute to practice initiatives including service innovation, recruiting, and thought leadership
- Typically 8 years in consulting, Big 4 or public accounting, valuation advisory, or corporate technical accounting
- Deep expertise in technical accounting and financial reporting
- Strong client presence and the ability to simplify complex topics
- Demonstrated people leadership and talent development
- CPA strongly preferred
- ASC 718 or IFRS 2
- rTSR awards and executive compensation
- 409A valuations
- Proxy disclosures
- Convertible debt and contingent consideration
- External reporting forecasting
- Audit review procedures
