Office Hospitality Coordinator

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Onsite)

Overview

MOGEL, on behalf of a highly respected professional services firm consistently recognized as one of Arizona's top workplaces, is seeking an energetic, organized, and service-oriented Office Hospitality Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and guests.

As the first point of contact for visitors and a key contributor to workplace operations, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a professional, engaging, and highly functional office environment.

What You'll Do

Office Hospitality & Employee Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome
  • Create and maintain a positive, organized, and inviting office environment
  • Monitor and maintain common areas, breakrooms, conference rooms, and employee spaces throughout the day
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
  • Help ensure the office consistently reflects a high standard of hospitality and professionalism

Office Operations & Administrative Support

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and package distribution
  • Order and maintain office supplies, refreshments, and workplace inventory
  • Coordinate office logistics, including printing, scanning, scheduling, and general administrative support
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new employees, including workspace preparation and welcome materials
  • Maintain visitor logs, badges, and office access procedures

Event & Meeting Coordination

  • Support internal meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Coordinate catering, room setup, technology needs, and event logistics
  • Assist with employee celebrations, team gatherings, and client-facing events
  • Provide real-time support to ensure events run smoothly

Facilities & Vendor Coordination

  • Monitor office cleanliness and functionality, proactively identifying issues and coordinating resolutions
  • Serve as a liaison with building management, maintenance providers, janitorial services, and other vendors
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment

What We're Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, office administration, reception, or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and workplace technology
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds when needed
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
  • A hospitality-minded professional who enjoys helping others
