What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) on commercial HVAC systems
- Work on data centers and complex commercial projects
- Measure airflow, water flow, pressure, and temperature
- Adjust dampers, valves, and system components
- Interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- Complete TAB reports and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams on-site
- NEBB or AABC Certification (Required)
- 3 years of TAB experience (commercial preferred)
- Strong HVAC system knowledge (air and/or hydronic)
- Experience with TAB instruments (hoods, manometers, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans
- Valid driver’s license
- Compensation & Setup
- Highly competitive hourly compensation based on experience and certification (DOE), plus overtime and strong earning potential
- Company vehicle / travel support (as applicable)
- Consistent pipeline of commercial and data center work
- Immediate work available—not a “pipeline” role
