Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a .NET Desktop Developer for a full-time direct and mostly remote role with an industry leader that is growing. The role is located in a suburb of Cleveland, OH and will be onsite for training and occasional meetings, otherwise it is remote. The Developer designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications and components in .NET and SQL. Qualifications include 3 years of .NET development experience, which should include 3D or Windows Desktop development.
Salary Range: $85-100K; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

- NET Developer Job Responsibilities Include :
- Design, code and test Windows and Web applications based on the Microsoft technology stack.
- Supports and/or installs Web and Windows software applications and components.
- Works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and maintains documentation.
- Assist in writing programs that communicate with other hardware, capturing and editing videos, and doing simulations. Work and be part of large project-based team involving coding on a desktop (Windows) Development Platform.
- Support and maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects.
- Create new and extend existing application documentation.
- Collaborate openly with other members of the development team on projects and tasks.
- Investigate and develop individual skills in new technologies.
- 2 years of .NET development which includes Windows/Desktop Development, WPF preferred
- 3D experience of some kind, simulations, visual design, graphics, video games, CAD, models, or imaging
- Bachelor degree required, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Physics or related field
- Local to the Cleveland/Akron area
