Talent Acquisition Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Talent Acquisition for a contract position with our client located in Warsaw, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys serving as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and hourly positions. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing expertise, market intelligence, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.

Pay Rate: $40.00/hour to $46.00/hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for manufacturing and hourly roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Provide market insights and recruiting guidance to stakeholders
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage offers, negotiations, and talent pipeline development
• Support diversity recruiting initiatives and talent acquisition projects

Desired Qualifications:

· 4 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience

· Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

· Experience serving as a consultative recruiting partner to business leaders

· Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation abilities

· Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies

· Spanish language skills are a plus
