Akkodis is seeking a CAPA Process Analyst II for a Contract position with a client in Gretna, LA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and Quality Management Systems (QMS), along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Rate Range: $30/hour to $32/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour

Requirements

CAPA Process Analyst II Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead investigations of complex and highly technical quality events, including nonconformances, deviations, potential nonconformances, and complaints.
- Progress quality records through the QMS system ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in root cause analysis, ensuring root and potential causes are accurately identified and effectively mitigated or eliminated.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with laboratory operations, technical teams, and stakeholders to support investigations and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure CAPA documentation is accurate, well‑structured, audit‑ready, and compliant with regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Monitor CAPA records to support internal and external audits and maintain continuous inspection readiness.
- Support the initiation and execution of quality improvement activities driven by trend analysis and systemic issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
- 4 years of experience with Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or laboratories.
- Hands‑on experience working within Quality Management Systems (QMS) platforms.
- Strong technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar quality certification.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of College of American Pathologists (CAP) regulations, NLCP, FDA regulations, or similar regulatory frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
