Modern Support Services is a human services agency providing home- and community-based services to adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) for over twenty-five (25) years. We are excited to announce and expand our services to include: mental healthcare and psychotherapy.

We are seeking California licensed psychotherapists (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) to fulfill full-time, on-site (in-person) positions based in our Culver City, CA service area.
Candidates must maintain active California licensure and have a minimum of two years in practice (post-licensure).
Candidates must be open to working with adults, children, adolescents, families, couples, and the I/DD community.

- Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Related fields
- Active California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in practice (post-licensure)
- Experience working with diverse communities and needs
- Ensure compliance with federal and state government regulations - to sustain ethical and legal practice with respect to all facets of your work as a clinician in mental healthcare.
- Clinicians are expected to maintain current client records and progress notes upon completion of each session.
- Clinicians are expected to maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week.
- Clinicians must be willing to work collaboratively in identifying and generating new referral sources.
- Clinicians are required to attend mandatory development workshops/trainings and weekly status meetings - as part of their ongoing professional development.
- Clinicians are expected to maintain active California licensure - per California BBS requirements and regulations.
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
