At Dr. Kate Truitt & Associates and The Truitt Institute, you’ll join a collaborative, neuroscience-informed clinical environment dedicated to transforming how individuals and communities understand and heal from trauma, stress, and emotional pain. This position offers the opportunity to practice at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, and integrative mental health care, engaging in deeply meaningful therapeutic work supported by a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, researchers, and educators. Our mission is to advance trauma-informed care through applied neuroscience, brain-based empowerment, and evidence-driven compassion.

Beyond clinical care, this position provides opportunities to:

• Contribute to ongoing research initiatives exploring neurobiological healing and resilience.

• Participate in community-focused programs that expand access to trauma-informed, neuroscience-integrated care.

• Collaborate in program development within our NeuroTriad and Brain Partnership frameworks, helping shape the next generation of clinical education and applied neuroscience practice.

We’re seeking a clinician who brings both curiosity and presence — someone who values clinical excellence, authenticity, and innovation in equal measure. The ideal candidate thrives in a team culture that honors emotional intelligence, scientific rigor, and the shared belief that every brain has the capacity to change, heal, and grow.
