Job Details

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to join our outpatient clinic located in a Magnet Facility in Alaska. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing CT scans and collaborating with physicians to provide high-quality imaging for patients.

• Shift: Day, 5x8-hour shifts (06:30 - 15:00)


• Start Date: ASAP


• Schedule: Rotating coverage, Monday to Saturday (Sundays and observed holidays off)


• Years of Experience: 1 year required


• Float Required: Yes, between X-Ray and CT


• Weekend Requirement: Yes, requires rotating Saturday coverage

• CT Arthrography


• Multiplanar Reconstruction


• Vascular CTA

The CT Tech will predominantly engage with mobile patients, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics, particularly in follow-up cancer diagnosis scenarios. Responsibilities include:

• Starting IVs, running I-stat for labs, injecting contrast, and post-processing images

Candidates should have the following X-Ray experience:

• Extremities


• Abdomen/GI


• Spine/Pelvis


• Head/Chest/Thorax


• Musculoskeletal

Preferred experience includes:

• Fluoroscopy Studies


• Enema Studies

This position is located at a Level II Trauma, Magnet Facility with a total of 407 staffed beds.
