Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technologist specializing in the Cath Lab to deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Shift Details
- Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (8 Hour Days)
- Weekend Requirements: On-call only, with 10 to 15 call shifts per month
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Interact compassionately with patients, families, and visitors to provide physical and psychological support.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and assist in procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Cath Lab (Required).
- MediTech EMR experience (Preferred).
- Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and perform scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring duties (Required).
- Active AR Radiologic Technologist License (Required).
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
- Current American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required).
Work Environment
This position is situated in an acute care, multi-facility environment that has served the North Central Arkansas area since its establishment. The facility is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to the surrounding communities.
Dress Code
Hospital-provided scrubs will be worn during shifts.
EMR System
The facility utilizes MediTech for electronic medical records.
