The following position is currently available: Warehouse Lead in Expo, Events & Exhibits. This is a warehouse project management position with a great opportunity for growth in an exciting field and company. The successful applicant will have relevant industry experience, post-secondary education, excellent organizational and communication skills, strong worth ethic and leadership skills and a demonstrated level of creativity. Results are something this leader would be driven to see while maintaining high standards and team accountability, all while being a pillar of support to the expo and event team whenever and wherever needed to achieve the overall goal. Responsibilities:
- Manage all shows and communication milestones through Salesforce.
- Pull reports and information from Salesforce to proactively plan projects.
- Answer and check warehouse operations email every hour for any project emails related to assigned shows.
- Hold other departments accountable to processes and operational procedures
- Accept and manage show assignments from start to completion.
- Lead and oversee the movement of all inventories to and from assigned shows, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure all Counting check points are met on each project.
- Log cases on any missing inventory from shows in salesforce.
- Log all additional inventory going to shows.
- Notify AE/PS/PM on the start of each project load.
- Proactively meet with project leads on each show to plan warehouse objectives, inventory and special projects.
- Hold warehouse staff accountable for achieving accuracy in loading and unloading for each show, while documenting key milestones.
- Manage change orders and inventory updates, tracking all modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate warehouse milestones to the AE, PM and PS teams.
- Identify and communicate any inventory issues promptly with AE, PM & PS.
- Problem-solve and follow up on inventory discrepancies to ensure resolution.
- Submit work orders and log cases to address and correct warehouse inventory issues.
- Supervise a small, regularly changing team to achieve daily operational milestones.
- Meet deadlines for all projects and tasks assigned.
- Learn and understand inventory requirements and quality checkpoints for each show load.
- Maintain a solution-oriented mindset in handling challenges.
- Accurately track all inventory aspects on a project-by-project basis.
- Forecast future inventory needs based on project requirements.
- Step into any role or responsibility as needed to complete tasks and ensure project success.
- Complete and meet daily milestones and goals
- Complete daily aisle maintenance and inventory counts upon request
- Always be honest in accounting for inventory on projects and look to problems solve effectively and efficiently
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to operate a Forklift, Box Truck & Yard Dog
- Strong leadership and project management skillset

Schedule Requirements:
- Typical work schedule:
- Initial training schedule may vary, but you will be working an 8-hour shift from Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm.
- Permanent work hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
- Complete a 90-days probationary period
- Ability to commute/relocate Salt Lake City, UT 84104 - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
