Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Bookkeeper role located in Jacksonville, FL. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. Additional responsibilities include utilizing accounting software to ensure compliance with financial regulations and supporting financial planning and reporting tasks for the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and managing Financial Statements
- Experience with Accounting Software and familiarity with Journal Entries
- A solid understanding of Finance principles and financial documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the beauty or wellness industry, is a plus
