About The Role

Modalways is seeking a professional Office Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and helps ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain front desk area and visitor records.
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference room calendars.
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous receptionist or office experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor and reliability.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
