We are preparing to move into a brand-new salon facility and are looking for a strong leader to help us continue building something special.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, balayage, styling, and extensions
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele while delivering an elevated guest experience
- Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and positive energy
- Support daily salon operations and ensure a smooth, organized work environment
- Coach and mentor stylists and salon assistants
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop future talent
- Support retail growth and guest retention initiatives
- Assist with scheduling, team communication, and performance accountability
- Foster a positive, drama-free culture focused on teamwork and growth
What We're Looking For
- Current Washington State Cosmetology License
- Minimum 2 years of salon management experience
- Active clientele preferred
- Strong technical skills behind the chair
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing team members
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Passion for education, team culture, and personal growth
