Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Full-Time Shift Leader/Key Holder to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support your team in achieving sales goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong leadership skills who thrive in fast-paced retail environments. As a key holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, managing cash handling procedures, and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead and motivate team members through effective supervision, training, and development initiatives.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service.
• Execute POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately and efficiently while managing cash handling procedures.
• Assist with employee orientation, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies at all times.

Experience

• Proven supervisory or management experience in retail or convenience store settings.
• Strong skills in retail math, sales management, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and payroll processing.
• Demonstrated leadership in training & development of staff and supervising team members.
• Familiarity with budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and store operations.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills. Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
