We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Key Holder/Shift Leader to join our team. In this vital role, you will support store operations, lead team members during shifts, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your leadership will help maintain a smooth-running store environment, uphold safety standards, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Lead daily shift operations, including managing staff schedules and delegating tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash register operations, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions with accuracy
- Support employee orientation, training & development initiatives to foster team growth
- Enforce store policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures to protect assets
Experience
- Proven supervisory or management experience in retail or convenience store environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, inventory control, and cash handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems, purchasing, merchandising, and marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills
- Previous assistant manager or shift leader experience is highly desirable
