Job Title: Painter/Janitor
Location: MNP, 1524 E 14 Mile Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Job Schedule: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Thursday & weekends as needed.

Painting & Maintenance Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, patching, priming)
- Apply paint, stain, or coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Touch up and maintain painted areas as needed
- Assist with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Safely use and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Wipe down and clean the machines
- Run the automatic floor scrubber
- Other janitorial work needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial and/or painting experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Experienced in operating scissor lifts and working at heights safely
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Work Environment:
- Indoor and outdoor work
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, paint fumes, and maintenance equipment
- Must follow all safety guidelines and use protective equipment as required
