You are the face of the brand. That means being in the field, in the community, and on your laptop and mobile device, building estimates, tracking KPIs, communicating consistently, and making sure nothing slips.
This is a hybrid, multi-hat role. You’ll be in the field meeting homeowners and business owners, building estimates, running operations/production, and project managing jobs, while using a laptop and mobile device to track KPIs and keep everything moving.
Execution matters. Ownership matters. Getting it done the right way matters.
This role supports both residential and commercial operations, and requires someone who thrives in the field, in the community, and in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll report to our Regional Director, with a dotted line to corporate, so expectations are clear. Be on time. Be prepared. Be engaged. Meetings matter, and cameras on is the standard.
We operate as a team, everyone is cross-trained to keep each job running smoothly, so being a strong people person is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Closing Deals (and creating them):
• Meet with homeowners & business owners to build accurate estimates
• Walk them through projects & confidently ask for the job
• Follow up until every opportunity has an outcome
• Respond with urgency, customers are reaching out in real time (evenings, weekends), and speed matters
• Treat every lead and estimate like it matters, because it does
Making Connections & Growing the Brand:
• Build relationships with homeowners, realtors, business owners & local partners
• Turn everyday conversations into future work
• Meet new people, partner with subcontractors, and create lasting relationships in both residential and commercial spaces
• Be active in the community across Macomb & Oakland counties, become a recognized face of our brand
• Confidently post on social media while in the field, showcasing our premium projects, crews, and wins
Running Jobs (aka making it happen):
• Set crews up for success from day one
• Stay on top of quality, timelines & details
• Project manage jobs and costs to keep margins strong and timelines thriving
• Keep morale high with subcontractors and maintain strong working relationships
• Keep customers informed, no surprises
Finishing Strong:
• Walk jobs with customers and ensure they love the result
• Handle final details, collect payment, and confidently ask for the 5-star review with confidence, you and the crew earned it from day one
• Turn great work into repeat business and referrals
