What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating new leads through:
- Door-to-door outreach
- Networking
- Following up on company-provided leads
- Community engagement
- Meeting homeowners to discuss their project needs
- Presenting MnM Construction services in a professional manner
- Preparing estimates
- Following up with potential customers
- Closing sales and maintaining customer relationships
- Updating lead progress in our CRM system

Compensation Structure
- Base pay
- Commission on every job closed
- Bonuses for meeting monthly sales targets
- Earning potential: $100,000 per year depending on performance
