Summary
As a Garage Door and Loading Dock Technician at Tri State Dock & Door, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of garage doors and Loading Dock and systems. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of garage doors and loading dock equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document work performed for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in garage door and loading dock installation or related fields is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of welding is required.
- Valid driver's license is necessary for this position.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
