- 1886 Café & Bakery, a charming nod to European coffee houses, offers French-inspired pastries and Texan favorites in a grand Victorian setting.
- The Victorian, a reimagined Western pub, features a two-level barroom, mezzanine lounge, live music, and bold, elevated fare.
- The Driskill Bar & Grill brings a fresh take on the classic American steakhouse with timeless design, impeccable service, and a menu built for both business and celebration.
Position Overview:
The In-Room Dining Attendant ensures that all room service orders are prepared accurately, delivered promptly, and presented with exceptional hospitality. This role combines attention to detail, guest interaction, and operational efficiency to provide a seamless dining experience.
What you'll do:
- Promptly take, confirm, and process guest in-room dining orders via phone or POS system.
- Prepare trays, carts, and presentation items to brand standards.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms courteously and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Clear and reset trays/carts from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of in-room dining area, including service pantries.
- Assist with mini-bar replenishment (if applicable).
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with culinary, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.

Requirements
- Excellent customer service and people skills requiredStrong verbal communication skills required
- Active TABC certification required
- Good working knowledge of beverages and willingness to learn
- Minimum of 1-year serving experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience with POS system
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
