As a Dining Room Server, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for Touchmark residents and guests. In this role, you will greet residents by name, take meal orders, answer questions about the menu, serve meals and beverages, and help ensure the dining room remains clean, attractive, and running smoothly. You may also assist with special events and catered functions throughout the community.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with current openings focused on evening and weekend shifts.

No prior serving experience is required, but you must:
- Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion
- Enjoy working with older adults and providing friendly, respectful service
- Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
- Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
- Be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Be able to remain patient, professional, and tactful when interacting with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
