About the Role
MMC Land Management is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help recruit top talent for our commercial landscaping, construction, and snow/ice management teams. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong pipelines for seasonal and year-round roles, and work closely with branch leaders to support company growth.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit for field technicians, equipment operators, divisional managers, and seasonal snow staff
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, community partners, and career events
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, background checks, and onboarding
- Maintain ATS records and ensure hiring compliance
- Support employer branding and local recruiting campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience (landscaping, construction, or skilled trades preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume and seasonal hiring
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience with ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools
