Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (schedule may vary based on business needs)
Overtime: Available based on business demand
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations involving packaging, shipping, and inventory management within a temperature-controlled logistics environment. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in cold chain logistics, shipping coordination, and warehouse operations, particularly within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble ready-to-use packaging systems for outgoing shipments
• Support cold chain management across multiple temperature ranges
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, including airway bills for domestic and international shipments
• Manage inventory of packaging systems, gel packs, and components
• Perform refurbishment and reuse of packaging materials
• Safely handle dry ice and temperature-sensitive materials
• Monitor and maintain proper product temperature integrity during storage and shipment
• Utilize warehouse operating systems such as WorldStar and Opstar
• Follow procedures related to TempTale temperature monitoring devices
• Complete and maintain GxP-compliant documentation and logs
• Identify and ensure compliance with shipping and documentation requirements
• Assist with shipment replenishment and preparation for pickup

Required Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cold chain logistics or temperature-controlled shipping
• Familiarity with GxP environments (pharma, biotech, or regulated industries)
• Knowledge of airway bill processing and international shipping documentation
• Forklift certification (preferred, not required)
• Experience with temperature monitoring devices (e.g., TempTale)

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with exposure to temperature-controlled materials
• Handling of dry ice and cold storage products
• Requires adherence to safety and compliance standards
