What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience
• Healthcare, insurance, medical billing, or patient services experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working with computer systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High school diploma or GED
