Project Manager - Print Production

To strengthen our Client Services Team in Clayton, we are looking for a passionate Project Manager – Print Production.

Your Role

· Receive and process routine and complex client orders.

· Respond to inquiries and/or customer issues related to orders.

· Maintain positive ongoing relationships with customers and sales staff.

· Utilize knowledge of products, logistics, production planning, and inventory management to ensure that client orders are fulfilled on time and to the client's satisfaction.

· Manage the proofing process, including requesting revisions to graphics and client approvals.

· Generate job tickets in the ERP system.

· Assure that client product specifications are followed and updated as applicable.

· Submit requests for quotes.

· Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, if needed.

· Own the project from the front-end through shipping.

· Track on-time deliverables or client press checks, as needed.

· Occasionally travel for on-site meetings, etc.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

· Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that client orders are fulfilled on time and to the client's satisfaction.

· Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their orders.

· Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have.

· Ensure that all project-specific requirements are met, such as tracking of on-time deliverables or client press checks.

· Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client orders and communications.

· Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

· Minimum 5 years in the Printing industry.
