What You’ll Do
- Manage daily dispatch and routing for a 30-truck fleet (drivers yard jockeys)
- Coordinate operations with on-site supervisor PM dispatcher
- Ensure service excellence for high-profile customers
- Maintain DOT/regulatory compliance
- Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years logistics/transportation/dispatch management
- Experience with dedicated freight (required)
- Strong knowledge of Western & Central NY, PA, OH, Canada, and the Northeast
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and computer skills
- TMW & PeopleNet experience preferred
