We are actively seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to provide corporate and property level marketing support for the company’s industrial real estate portfolio in Chicago and Dallas. The candidate should be detail-oriented with effective communication skills. 

Responsibilities include

• Corporate level marketing and branding including press releases, coordinating ad campaigns, and event coordination.
• Manage company website and digital content.
• Collaborate with asset management and leasing teams on property level marketing materials and quarterly space availabilities.
• Administer promotional items for company events.
• Create annual marketing budget and report monthly on actual and forecasted expenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in commercial real estate or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power Bi and Tableau preferred.
• Individual must be a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, effectively manage time, meet deadlines while reporting milestones along the way, and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Hiring Salary Range of: $75K/yr - $100K/yr. Salary and bonus compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
