Job Location: Wheaton, IL

Pay: 45,000 - 55,000

FitzMC is seeking a detailed individual to join our desktop publishing team as a Document Production Coordinator. This is a full-time hybrid position with both remote days and on-site days in Wheaton, IL each week. This individual will work within a team producing registration statements and compliance documents for financial and investment services companies. These documents include prospectuses, proxies, shareholder reports and other disclosures. Additionally, these documents will be formatted and electronically filed with the US Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) via EDGAR. Prior work experience working in a law firm as a paralegal, administrative assistant or in a document production position at a financial printer is preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent computer skills working in a Windows operating system and corporate network.
• Experience with the following programs: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to learn and become a proficient user of the following applications: GoFiler, Adobe FrameMaker, Acrobat, ArcPro, and other applications as needed. Prior experience with these applications or similar applications and familiarity with XBRL is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the rules of grammar and punctuation.
• Good proofreading skills.
• Editing and writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Work hybrid in-office and remote. In-office is on-site at a client location within a professional corporate environment with interaction with various client departments, client’s outside counsel, and auditing firms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle unexpected peaks of workload.
