Brand new opportunity to join a growing GC with a strong annual turnover – grand plans for growth within the Columbus market focused around Commercial, Residential and Industrial sectors.

Company is looking for a number two within the region; who can assist with P&L, Operations and Business Development, supporting the expansion plans for their wider Central Ohio Market.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide executive leadership and direction to project managers, superintendents, and field staff across multiple projects.

· Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

· Collaborate with the pre-construction and estimating teams during project bidding and planning phases.

· Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting in the winning of new work

· Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the long-term vision and growth of the company.

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.

· Manage construction budgets and assist in forecasting company financial performance related to ongoing construction operations.

Qualifications & Experience

15 years demonstrated experience working for a GC, with at least 4 years in a Senior Leadership role

Very strong exposure to complex ground-up projects – ideally in the range of $20-50M

Exposure to Commercial, Residential or Industrial Construction

Excel in leadership and upskilling of junior staff members
