We are a growing national kitchen-cabinet company seeking an experienced, motivated sales professional to develop and manage customers throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont and Connecticut market.
The ideal candidate understands the kitchen-cabinet industry, is comfortable working directly with dealers, designers, builders and contractors, and is eager to grow the territory. Experience designing kitchens is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop new kitchen-cabinet dealer and customer relationships.
- Manage and grow existing accounts throughout the territory.
- Visit dealers, showrooms, builders, designers and contractors.
- Present cabinet products, programs, pricing and promotions.
- Prepare quotes and follow opportunities through completion.
- Work closely with customer service, operations and management.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information and forecasts.
- Travel regularly throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont and Connecticut.
Qualifications
- Kitchen-cabinet industry knowledge or experience strongly preferred.
- Proven sales and business-development ability.
- Experience with 2020 Design and/or Kitchen365 preferred.
- Kitchen-design experience is a major plus.
- Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.
- Professional, energetic and self-motivated.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
