Customer Service / Inside Sales

Adornus is an MJB Company and an industry-leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality kitchen cabinetry with distribution and operations centers in New Jersey and Miami.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Experience / Inside Sales team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience to our network of kitchen and bath dealers, designers, contractors, and builders.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming cabinet orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to dealer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries
• Work closely with customers to resolve issues and provide timely solutions
• Support sales representatives and dealer partners with project-related questions
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath, construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and order entry systems preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
