Landscaper
Location: Northern Baltimore Region
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 7:30am - finish
Pay: $19/hr
We are seeking a dependable Landscaper to assist with outdoor grounds maintenance and landscaping projects throughout the Northern Baltimore Region. Candidates should enjoy working outdoors, work well with a team, and take pride in maintaining clean, attractive properties.
Employees will meet at 7:30 AM at a location off I-695 between Green Spring Avenue and I-83. The specific meeting location will depend on the jobs scheduled that day.
Responsibilities:
Assist with mowing, edging, trimming, and general lawn maintenance.
Weed, mulch, and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas.
Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and other greenery.
Remove leaves, branches, and debris.
Load, unload, and move landscaping tools and materials.
Use landscaping tools and equipment safely as directed.
Follow supervisor instructions and maintain an organized work area.
Qualifications:
Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is preferred.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and moving materials.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to the designated morning meeting location.
