We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help elevate the Broda brand, support dealer and sales initiatives, and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand. What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels
- Assist in writing and creating engaging content for brochures, websites, email campaigns, and social platforms
- Support strategy development for marketing campaigns, social media, and digital advertising
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze market and industry trends
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Create and manage sales enablement materials to support lead generation and dealer success
- Partner with the sales team to support dealer relationships and marketing needs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Stay current on marketing best practices and healthcare industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role
- Proven experience supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and advertising strategies
- Experience using analytics tools to track and evaluate campaign performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
