Job Summary

The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a hands-on, logistics-driven role responsible for the execution, coordination, and maintenance of all physical marketing assets and field marketing operations. This individual will support marketing and sales initiatives by managing inventory, coordinating events and retail build-outs, handling packaging and shipping, and providing transportation support for internal leaders and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, physically capable, dependable, and flexible with hours, with a strong willingness to support fast-paced, field-based marketing efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Materials & Inventory Management

• Coordinate, organize, and maintain all marketing materials, including POS assets, event supplies, branded merchandise, and promotional items
• Conduct and maintain a weekly inventory of all marketing materials and assets
• Track usage, restock needs, and condition of materials to ensure readiness for events and retail initiatives
• Prepare materials for upcoming campaigns, events, and retail activations

Packaging, Shipping & Logistics

• Package, ship, and receive marketing materials and merchandise as needed
• Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments for events, retail partners, and internal teams
• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and timely delivery of all materials

Event & Retail Execution

• Set up and execute event build-outs, including loading, unloading, assembly, breakdown, and post-event returns
• Support retail build-outs and in-store displays, ensuring brand standards are met
• Coordinate logistics for pop-ups, trade events, dispensary activations, and internal marketing initiatives
• Troubleshoot on-site issues quickly and professionally

Transportation & Travel Coordination

• Coordinate and provide transportation for budtender tours, including pick-up and drop-off of budtenders and retail employees to and from HQ
• Drive the VP of Marketing and Head of Sales to retail locations for store visits 2–3 times per week, often for full-day schedules
• Assist with routing, scheduling, and time management for travel days

General Operational Support

• Support the marketing and sales teams with day-to-day operational needs
• Maintain a clean, organized storage and staging area for marketing assets
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 50–100 pounds repeatedly
• Willingness and ability to work after 5:00 PM, weekends, and non-standard hours as required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
• Ability to represent the brand professionally in retail and event settings

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing operations, event execution, field marketing, logistics, or warehouse coordination
• Familiarity with retail marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activations
• Experience driving company vehicles or transporting team members

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and walking
• Ability to load and unload vehicles and equipment
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods during events and retail builds

Position

• This position is full-time with an annual salary of $50,000.
• Work Location: In person
• Mileage Reimbursement:

For approved business travel, the Company will reimburse mileage at the IRS standard rate of $0.725 per mile

(2026) in accordance with Company policy. Reimbursement requires proper documentation per policy.

• Work Schedule:

This position follows a hybrid work schedule that varies based on weekly workflow and events, with a mix of in-office and field-based work. Flexibility is required, including availability for occasional evenings or weekends as

business needs dictate.
