Quality Inspector
Location: Mesa, AZ
Shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Salary: $21-$27 HR, Salary Based on Experience
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to support our Quality department. In this role, you will ensure that all molded and machined parts meet company and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process, including first piece, receiving, in-process, and final inspections.
You’ll work hands-on with precision measurement equipment and apply product specifications to maintain our commitment to high-quality production. This position plays a key role in sustaining our KAITEKI values by helping maintain a positive, safe, and efficient workplace.

- Perform inspections using precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gage blocks, etc.)
- Interpret and apply blueprints, GD&T symbols, and customer/industry specifications
- Complete and maintain accurate inspection records and non-conformance reports
- Follow Quality Management System procedures in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and AS 9100 standards
- Identify, document, and control non-conforming products
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized production environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Some technical training or relevant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Accountability and reliability
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
- GD&T knowledge or certification preferred
- ASQ Quality Inspector Certification is a plus
