What You’ll Do
- Support production teams in improving processes, equipment design, and material handling.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving to enhance safety, quality, and performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase yield and reduce cycle time.
- Collaborate on equipment design, specification, and installation projects.
- Review daily production performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Contribute to global R&D efforts for process development and innovation.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field).
- Junior or Senior standing with at least four semesters completed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
